Junior herbalist club (JHC) offers children aged 7 and over a unique, hands-on opportunity to become "plant detectives" and explore the world of medicinal plants in a fun, safe, and supervised environment.
Guided by a qualified Medical Herbalist, participants meet monthly to learn about a specific plant, including its identification, habitat, history, folklore and medicinal properties and use.

First Moon Circles provide a safe, positive space for children aged 8-13 to prepare for their first period (menarche) and puberty as a celebrated rite of passage. Participants learn about their changing bodies and emotions, cycle awareness, and self-care in a fun, supportive environment. This knowledge empowers them to understand what is normal for their bodies, so they can advocate for their own health and well-being with confidence.
